  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Orders over 50lbs, shipping cost will vary.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.)

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.

  • Shipping Issues
    If your package is lost or delayed during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help you track the package and assist you in any way we can.

Return & Exchange Policy
